Spectrum Visuals ("spec vis", "we"), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. CR [your CR number].

- Transaction data: orders, licenses, invoices (we do not store card numbers — the payment gateway does).

3. Why we use it & consent
To provide the service, process payments, issue licenses and invoices, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We process personal data lawfully and, where required, with your explicit consent.
4. Sharing & third parties
We share data only with providers that help us operate — payment gateways, hosting, email, and analytics — under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data.
5. Cross-border transfers
Where data is processed outside Oman, we apply safeguards required by the PDPL.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records).
7. Security
We use encryption, access controls, and other measures to protect your data, and maintain a breach-response process. We notify the Ministry and affected individuals of qualifying breaches within 72 hours.
8. Your rights

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، كلمة المرور (مشفّرة).
- بيانات الأعمال (للفوترة/الشركات): اسم الشركة، السجل التجاري، الرقم الضريبي، العنوان.
- بيانات المعاملات: الطلبات والتراخيص والفواتير (لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات — بوابة الدفع تتولّاها).

٣. لماذا نستخدمها والموافقة
لتقديم الخدمة ومعالجة المدفوعات وإصدار التراخيص والفواتير والدعم والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية وتحسين المنصة. نعالج البيانات بشكل قانوني وبموافقتك الصريحة عند الحاجة.
٤. المشاركة والأطراف الثالثة
نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدين يساعدوننا في التشغيل (الدفع والاستضافة والبريد والتحليلات) وفق اتفاقيات مناسبة. لا نبيع بياناتك.
٥. النقل خارج السلطنة
عند معالجة البيانات خارج عُمان، نطبّق الضمانات التي يتطلبها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية.
٦. مدة الحفظ
نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة للأغراض أعلاه أو كما يقتضي القانون (مثل السجلات الضريبية).
٧. الأمن
نستخدم التشفير وضوابط الوصول وتدابير أخرى لحماية بياناتك، ولدينا إجراء للاستجابة للاختراقات، ونُبلغ الوزارة والأفراد المتأثرين خلال ٧٢ ساعة عند الاختراقات المستوجِبة.
٨. حقوقك
وفق القانون يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تحديثها أو محوها أو نقلها، وسحب الموافقة. نردّ خلال المدة القانونية (حتى ٤٥ يوماً). مسؤول حماية البيانات: dpo@specvis.com.
