spec vis sells licenses to digital assets (footage, photos, LUTs, sound, music) and access to digital tools. Once a licensed file has been downloaded, the license is granted and the sale is generally final and non-refundable, because the product cannot be "returned."
Email support@specvis.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and the reason. We aim to review requests within 5 business days and, where approved, refund to your original payment method.
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stops renewing at the end of the current period. Unused credits are valid for 12 months. Partial periods and used credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Oman's Consumer Protection Law. If you believe your consumer rights were not met, you may contact the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) — hotline 1222.
