By accessing or using spec vis, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract.
Purchases grant a license to use assets under the specific license type shown at checkout (see Licensing). You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license assets except as that license allows.
You agree not to use spec vis for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose. Any illegal or unauthorized use is solely your responsibility and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities and legal action. Prohibited use includes copyright infringement, fraud, money laundering, or using content in a defamatory, hateful, or unlawful manner.
Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and may include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by licensed third-party gateways; we do not store your card details.
spec vis, its branding, and platform are our property. Asset copyright remains with the creators/rights holders; you receive only the license you purchase.
Creators who upload content warrant they own it and hold all necessary releases. Providers indemnify us and buyers against claims arising from their content.
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant asset or service.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
